HFAL was formed in 2000 as a spin out company from the University of Strathclyde, by its founder Professor John Davies (Director of the Centre for Applied Social Psychology - CASP). Over the last 6 years our team has conducted a number of projects, specialising in the Health and Social policy, Safety Critical and High Consequence Industries, Consumer Behaviour and Psychometric Tests and Measures.
We are experts at qualitative and quantitative research and to date we have evaluated over 30 different projects and conducted a number of literature reviews.
